I’ve been healthy enough that I can start doing little practices. I’m still amazed at how much strength you can lose in a week. A friend of mine who plays piano says her fingers lose an incredible amount of strength if she doesn’t keep up daily practice.

Since I can’t regularly attend dance class, I think I might start yoga classes. They’re at better times, and I think I could use the flexibility. I also miss the interacting with people in a class and the nice feeling I get after yoga.
