I had a private lesson in tribal fusion today, and I’m proud to say that my bellyroll exists again. It isn’t gigantic (I don’t have a lot of fat there), and it isn’t perfect, but it’s there. The problem is I can “reverse” belly roll easier than doing it the “normal” way. What that means is my belly can more easily going from starting with the lower abs than upper. I think it’s interesting, just because my body tends to do things “opposite.” I spent most of my life as reverse breather; on inhale, my belly would go in instead of out. I zill left hand dominant.

Now it’s just practice to get it beautiful.
